My elder sister's yahoo email has been compromised. She can no longer log into her email and unfortunately for her, she never bothered to configure an alternate email address for password recovery. Moreover, she has been using the email for ages and can't even remember answers to any of the security questions.

What is very worrisome now is that all her contacts have been receiving emails purportedly from her requesting for financial assistance for an emergency.

She wants to close the email account but doesn't know how to go about it; since she herself can't remember the security questions. Someone suggested we try googling for Country manager, Yahoo! Nigeria. But there doesn't seem to be any.

Please what can be done? Appreciate your kind assistance.
