Job Title: Business Manager

Report To: Business Owner

Primary Objective: Your main area of focus will be to generate new leads with the aim of creating more sales, ensure smooth day to day operations delivery and will be accountable for business growth and service delivery.



Roles & Responsibility: Carry out marketing functiona and ensure cleints are sourced

Proffer innovative ways at increasing and improving clientele base

Prepare a schedule plan for business - client delivery

Maintain customer relationships and ensure loyalty through impeccable service

Responsible for business growth



Personal Attributes: Skilled in aggressive marketing

Excellent Organisational skills as well as performance monitoring

Excellent communication skills

Service delivery responsiveness is a must

Fast learner and ability to take solid decision

A sales driven individual



Technical Requirement: Skilled in Microsoft Office softwares and Internet usage



Qualification: Minimun of B.Sc or HND degree holder, preferably in business managment and professional cleaning experience.
