Being a blogger, you perfectly know how everything works: you come up with a great idea for your post, search for all the info needed, examine and re-write it, choose a really nice picture, write a catchy title... What is next? Sure, you publish your post and start waiting for a feedback. Image Credit: writerswin Certainly, your post is a real masterpiece of writing! And hundreds of views, comments, and re-posts are just a matter of time. But time passes, and you still don't see any feedback... Why does it happen so? Is your content so weak or bad-written? Well, it can be a reason of course, but what about all those posts about nothing which get thousands of “likes” and re-posts at once? Probably, you should do something more than just writing and posting your article in order to attract readers' attention and make them share it in social networks at least? Let's see what you can do for that. 1. Share your post in social websites As you know, there are many sites on the Web, that let you share your works. Moreover, they are divided by niches, so, it will be much easier for a person to find you work there. Such sites are called sharing communities, and they are made exactly for the purpose of sharing different content. That is why you can help people find your work and read it. 2. Add sharing buttons to your blog posts Internet users are lazy. Yes, it's true. They don't want to spend much time on something: their goal is to find the info quickly, and go further to search for something else. Help your readers save their time: add sharing buttons to your blog, and it will give them an opportunity to share your post with one simple click only. Remember: there are many interesting and really popular networks except Twitter and Facebook, that is why try to add as much social buttons to your blog as possible (Pinterest, StumbleUpon, LinkedIn, etc. will increase your chances to be shared and noticed). 3. Share your posts yourself Instead of sitting http://www.thatnaijablog.com/2013/07/make-blog-posts-easy-to-share.html |
