This Happened in an organisation we're I work also,since last two month our take home has changed from the initial salary to a pin nut,an no reason hav being given for such Act.and d staffs ar nt comfortable with bt wit d fear of if I live my job wen,and we're will I get another one have made us sit,back bt d issue is biting hard on us that one is no longer moved to do his/her duties properly so pls my follow NL hw do I n my colleagues go abt this pls I need your advice on this issue.thanks

@amatalk, simply walk up to your HR Dept and ask undecided If they have no response, is there no one in the accounts dept/person who handles pay/salary matters that can give you an explanation. It is illegal for an organisation to deduct wages without consultation/explanations to affected staff. Make enquiries first. if you had already made enquiries before coming on this page without a positive note then all of you as a combined body need to approach management about it. I still believe you guys should have an insider in accounts who can give you an explanation. P.S. Don't you receive payslips. Good luck
