The reason why google wallet isn't on playstore is because its only available in the US. Do not allow anybody to deceive you with high falutin stuff or big tech names, always google things when u r in doubt. You will be safe. Knowledge is power. As for the payment with your ATM card, is very easy just ask your bank branch for guidance. It should be straightforward. I have done it before.
