Some years ago, Due to a high rate of armed robbery cases , A German company invented a Machine called " Thief Catcher" To lunch the machine, they decided to create awareness and boast its popularity , First of all, they placed it in the German capital city , within 48hour the Machine caught 14,000 thieves , they proceed to America within 48hour the Machine caught 16,000 thieves , in a bid to increase its popularity , THEY Brought it to NIGERIA Within 48hour the Machine was Stolen by thieves. You can see, The Machine that was functioning in other countries couldn't function in Naija because of the high rate of ? What do you think ? |
