collynzo2: Egypt has no chance of getting into the top 5 this year.
how do you conclude that?

from the last ranking they are still far behind in points. Nigeria is having a hard time overtaking Mali even after winning AFCON, how much more Tunisia and Egypt. It won't happen.

That's not the logic behind my statement. We are still one of the most consistent country in Africa.

at least he did not mention that they are the "Brazil" of Africa as they always claim,so England sounds just perfect grin grin grin

We are the brazilians of Africa. Lets not get this twisted England invented the game an taught it to others. That's what I meant. England taught to Ghana and Ghana taught Nigeria and the rest of Africa. This is no secret

Egypt is 11th in africa and they are far behind the fifth placed team(Nigeria) in terms of points. So,they will be meeting one of the seeded teams.

Ghana and Nigeria is nothing more than rivalry. It is all fun. U should see me and my friends it i always Nigeria vs Ghana vs Liberia. As much as I give Nigerians hard time and put them in their place, I am always there to defend Nigeria from others. No hate just friendly rivalry. People who takes it too serious are the true haters

Ghana vs Nigeria is no different from Igbo vs Yoruba. Is all rivalry till an outsider jumps in.

Ivory coast is playing some awful soccer against Mexico in New-Jersey. Very disgraceful to Africa. They got a soft penalty. Mexico 4 IVC 1. Even the Mexican commentators were laughing at Miss-firing Gervinho. I never seen an awful IVC like this .

And imagine, missing 4 or 5 starters we still managed to tie with Mexico who went all out. SMH....

the thing i'm surprised about is mexico vs Cote divoire. Us (nigerians) played them without the likes of moses, emenike, and mikel and ALMOST won but they got a goal back and ended 2-2. Cote divoire played with A LOT of their big men and got a weak penalty but still got disgraced by mexico.

This is why i love football. Expect the unexpected!
GO SUPER EAGLES!!
