Soak a mudu of millet for a day or two
Grind it with the ingrients, just ask for kunnu ingrients in a market
Sieve
Cook two-third
stir the remaining one-third after you have brought it down from the stove
Add water and sugar to taste

kunu, the best drink after zobo.

Soak millet, small dried pepper,kayankunu (kunu ingredients) for 24 hrs. Wash and Grind the mixture.

Divide the ground mixture into two. Pour boiling water into one half and stir well. Leave it to get warm and add the remaining half (unsieved). Leave to ferment for 24hrs and sieve. Add sugar, flavour and more water incase it is thick. Enjoy ur kunu chilled.
