JOB DESCRIPTION
•Develop and pursue new opportunities for the purpose of promoting and marketing the Oil and Gas EPC business of the company.
•Ensure prequalification of the organization with existing and potential customers.
•Develop contacts within the top IOC’s in Nigeria to enable us be in a position to bid for projects within our sphere of capabilities.
•Co-ordinate, develop and successfully deliver high quality tenders to EPC companies within designated time frames.
•Maintain system for tracking tenders/proposals once submitted to clients.
•Ensure liaison with other departments as appropriate, in relation to proposals, projects, legal, financing, tax or other issues.
•Gather and analyse market intelligence for new projects and opportunities.
•Building strong relationships with existing clients to maximise current business opportunities .
•Identifying new business opportunities and developing relationships with new customers.
•Communicating new product developments to prospective clients.
•Planning and preparing presentations.
•Producing reports and providing feedback to the business management team.
•Attend and contribute to Business Development meetings.
•Develop and maintain strong working relationships internally with the sales team and externally with our clients.
•Other duties as required by the Manpower Business Development Manager

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS
•2-3 Years experience in business development role in the Oil and Gas industry.
•B.Eng or BSC Degree with stated experience in the Oil and Gas Industry.
•Proven ability in sales, generating leads, winning new business and increasing revenues.
•Knowledge of the Nigerian Oil and Gas market.
•Full Knowledge of Exxon Mobil, Shell, Total and other IOC’s
•Ability to demonstrate a sound understanding of the challenges currently facing the industry.
