Head of Supply Chain

JOB DESCRIPTION
1.Manage purchasing of Services and industrial equipment Organize and prioritize all Supply Chain activities in order to ensure no standby in OFON2 operations Liaise with Suppliers and ensure their production planning and contractual schedule are being strictly followed and adhered to and that all contractor respect and fulfill their scope of work Ensure that all purchases of the project are run trough due Tender with proper competition Ensure SOX Compliance and respect of TEPNG Processes Make sure all contractors and subcontractors respect Nigerian and applicable laws and always act in the best interest of OFON 2 Project and TEPNG Ensure the ethics and integrity of the project by controlling the full Supply Chain Management (SCM) Ensure the follow up of creation of GR, SES and payment of contractors In charge of all Supply-Chain activities for the OFON 2 Project (purchasing, procurement, shipping, transit, stock…) Coordinate all SCM activities between all packages in order to create synergies and ensure a global control for PMT reporting system Set Up internal SCM control with adequate KPI in order to anticipate and prepare future audits HSEQ responsibilities:
Support and enforce the HSEQ Project objectives and directives
Support and implement the Project HSEQ management system (plans, procedures and specifications)

QUALIFICATION
•Minimum 5 years of experience in a related position, preferably in the Oil & Gas industry and/or construction industry. Proficiency in information technology tools including PowerPoint, Access, Word, Excel, FrontPage, etc. Ability to manage a multicultural team on different physical location and to delegate the tasks while keeping the responsibility. Knowledge of SAP, e-purchasing tools and international trading regulations (Incoterms). Knowledge of the principles, methods and legal requirements of purchasing and import procedures. Knowledge of sourcing suppliers and contract management. Commitment to excellence, respect for deadlines, autonomy, team spirit, ability to learn quickly, and a strong sense of organization and analysis. Strong Knowledge of Nigerian environment, Nigerian purchasing practices and Nigerian importation procedures for compliance reasons

OTHER JOB SPECIFICATIONS

The OFON2 project works will be executed in several international sites, including Nigeria.

Location and Scheme

Resident at company location in Lagos with major assignment to France and frequent missions as required.
