Hi I've been trying to reach customer care all to no avail, I bought 2k credit yesterday and before I could do anything with it it just disappeared , I wasn't doing anything with my phone I was just about to send it to my bro in school to sell and it just disappeared I'm so pissed at this point cause today this same network took 1gb from my other line that I had just gotten, I didn't download anything and even if I did how does 1gb finish in just a few mins.

Pls if this is glitch or if something is wrong with ntn pls tell me cause its not funny at all

Mtn is simply useless, whenever i borrow credit through *606# am always filled with regrets. If i make call of just 10 seconds, by the time i try to call again mtn will tell me ' sorry your account balance has been exhausted' i even borrowed 500 naira and called for just 3 minutes and the next thing was your credit has been exhausted. shameful scam by mtn.

Pls mtn admin i bought ur better me bundle yesterday by 9 pm but I am still unable to browse. I have called customer care twice but it is till not working. Help retify this issue 09032455003

Mtn, You guys are not fair to me at all. From the N200 credit I recharged, it's only N50 I used. D stupid weekly English learning subscription(I never did it myself, it was automatic) took N50 and I quickly canceled it to avoid re occurrence. But the remaining N100 just vanished dis morning without receiving any form of message in respect to the credit. All I want you to do now is to please refund my credit as soon as possible. My number is 08106533638. Don't tell me it was for one subscription or the other cos I canceled everything even the callertune service. And the data bonus given when I recharge is so annoying. My credit is always consumed instead of the data, I wonder why. All the same, please refund my credit. I'm waiting...

Which internet activities? I didn't browse with this line when that credit was in. I used my 2nd line. Try and check the activities on the line urself. The credit vanished overnight.

Y'ello, yes you can roam in Israel. Manually search for network coverage when you arrived at Israel and select Pelephone as the preferred network.
