SO THESE ARE MY QUESIONS?
What is the duration for the promo?
What is procedure for selecting the winner? And finally, does unsuccessful charges repeatedly leads to lost of points and cancellation for premium and daily fitness charges? Thanks so much, Sir.

My money was deducted last night for some game plus nonsense I didn't even subscribe too.

I mean, a that I just bought a d yet to remove from a modem is subscribing to a game plus? How is that even possible?

Mtn please, I racharged with 300 from wema bank and after about 2hrs my N300 was removed by mtn remaining only my bonus of 750 . what have I done to mtn ? Did i offend you in anyway. Please look into it for me and refund my credit. 08032823621

MTN, Please what is happening to your tariff plans?
I have been on MTN Xtrapro for about three months now but it seems as if I have been automatically migrated back to MTN zone. I just noticed this evening that whenever I try to make a call, I get a message telling me that my call will be charged at N28 as if I am on MTN zone. What further got me confused is that when I checked my balance, the message shown said that I am on Xtrapro.
Kindly clarify.

You criminals keep deducting my credit everytime for jobberman alert meanwhile I never subscribed for it. i would call the customer care they would deactivate it only for it to re-activates it self the next day without me even touching my phone. I also unsubscribe by my self by sending stopgradjob to 38261 and i would even sometimes dial *123*5# follow the process to deactivate, I would unsubscribe successfully only for you theives to subscribe me again to steal my credit. Am done complaining and have asked my lawyers to start a litigation process yesterday, i have all the messages dating back to more than a month ago. You guys are theives and this time you will pay . no-07063951241

Please confirm if the SIM was inserted into the device before activating it, as the new bonus is for the device when it is used for data at the first time. Once you insert the SIM, you will get an SMS to the MIFI directly then you activate the 10GB to get the 100%bonus

I am sorry you have this experience, your line is Beta talk tariff plan. The plan is one where the bonus is used for browsing, SMS and calls and must be used up before the other data bundles or accounts is used.
