Please a client contacted me to move his WordPress site from MTN host to a better hosting company since the MTN host was always giving him problem. I bought a hosting space from Godaddy, but on requesting for domain transfer an ID was sent to the admin email address of MTN (admin@mtnbusiness.com.ng). I have called MTN several times to help me with the ID since I need it to authorize the transfer, but it seems they are unwilling to help.I am now stuck with either allowing the domain to expire or going for a new one altogether. Any help? |
