It’s just a way to browse the internet with the credit you have on your phone using third party browsers such as Opera Mini or UC Browser.To get started with browsing the internet on your Blackberry without BIS subscription, you need to make some changes to your Blackberry phone. You will have to populate the TCP/IP settings area of the network settings. Some people just hate to see stuffs like this, what’s TCP/IP again. Don’t worry, it’s not rocket science and you don’t have to be a software engineer to do it. It is as simple as typing a text message. Here is how to go about it:

How To Configure Your Blackberry To Browse The Internet Without BIS Subscription:
• Look for “Options” on your Blackberry. Where you would find it might be different from mine but it is represented with a Spanner Icon. Have you seen it? Fine click to open it.
• Now click on Advance Options and under it you will see TCP/IP in the list. Click to open TCP/IP.
• You now have to check the “APN Setting Enabled” and “APN Authentication Enabled” buttons
This is not enough to make it work because you have to provide the following information in the spaces provided:
