About Golden Heritage City (Estate):
The 300+ Acre residential property is a gated community estate, developed by New Creations Property Ltd(NCPL), located 25-30mins away from the old Lagos toll gate. It's a straight rive trough Lagos/Ibadan Expressway. Unlike a number of estate developments on the axis, GHC have residents (including families) that have been living within the estate since 2008.

In 2005/2006, when land was sold to original subscribers for N280,000, massive sales campaign went on. The developer had acquired this massive land in the then "unlive-able" Mowe axis. Land was thick bush and forest. Work began with clearing and off-plan sales.

2007:

At this time Mowe had began to open up and land was sold within the estate for N600,000-N700,00 per plot. The developer had almost sold out in the primary market and road layout, infrastructural development and construction work had began by subscribers who had acquired land.

By late 2007 into early 2008, markets were at their peak - real estate was booming and land prices within Golden Heritage City Estate had rallied to N1m-M1.5m per plot. the developer had sold out in the primary market and secondary market sales had kicked in. Home owners had began living within the estate and Golden Heritage City Estate was now becoming a neighbourhood.

There are 2 accesses to the estate: One is directly along the expressway and there other is along a street off the expressway

Between late 2008 and 2011, the real estate market suffered a hit, because of the badly hit economy and the lack of liquidity

Some land owners had come to the market with discounted properties and the buyers with liquidity enjoyed fantastic deals at a discount.

And made huge profits

Activities are increasing by the day so the opportunity now before prices increase the more.
