Jollof rice- long grain perboiled Coconut rice- lgp Fried rice- lgp Sticky rice w butter chicken sauce- Sushi rice Wild rice with mushroom sauce- wild rice Biryani rice with duck breast ..jeezz- Basmati rice Rissoto rice in creamy mushroom sauce- aborio White rice with dodo, and stew- Brown/ long grain Ofada rice w locust fried stew ( course with dodo) Rice with bean medley served with T bone BBQed steak .. oh la la- any rice Anyyywayys.....We love rice on Sundays cos I have time to get creative with it unlike other weekdays tight schedule when you eat take outs and sides only. 1 Like |

Lol... ma mum do change her mode of cooking every 5 5 yrs, there was a time that we do eat Moi- Moi every Sunday, she later changed to Rice and Beans every Sunday, later later she swap to beans and ogi( pap), Then later she changed to bread and tea...Gosh the bread and tea regime wasn't that good for me, what a light food. i wonder what she would have change to now.  |
