Dreadlocks good or bad, when i started nurturing my dreads, my parents did not like it one bit. but as a strong will individual i kept nuturing it. i spent a lot of money to make it look perfect but, when some sort of gangster fellas wanted to hang out with me and offering me weed. and in school cults were biding for me like i was c.ronaldo being wanted wanted by man.u, chelsea and barca, i started having second thought about my hair. it all came to a head when a friends mother who is pastor started preaching to me. when i think about it, i always think of oti Nwachukwu the former BBA wiññer. the guy has dreads and he is doing well. so pls my fellow nairalanders, dreadlocks good or bad?

My little girl has been rocking some styles that make me think of dreads but I dont think I could take that plunge with her. I might do some faux dreads.

I rocked some of those last year and am thinking about getting some more myself.
they are kinda cool because they look real but are much lighter than actual dreads.

Ill have to do more research. . Or cough up the money to have somebody else do it. I saw some faux yarn dreads but they look too time consuming and seem like they would be heavy.
