Well I use ducros curry and it turns out green.

Not all fried rice turns green,depends on your ingredients,once u spice ur. Chicken or meat well,no need to add too much curry,and ensure your type of curry is not expired one cos many curry dnt ave expire date and by using such it will have no effect on wat u are cooking.

Ur fried rice doesn't turn green? Why worry?
Just get Nora spice/seasoning for fried rice or Lasor spice/seasoning for fried rice. They both work wonders.

Do u perboil ur rice with curry? Also when frying add curry to the frying ingredients.
