Job Details:
The Management Trainee will undergo an intensive training programme that is tailor-made towards a specific role for a definite period.
Successful candidates must be ready to take on challenging tasks and assignments in any of the Company’s locations after completing the training programme.
Functional area(s) Finance, Human Resource, Logistics, Sales, Technical, Marketing Department(s) covered All (e.g Information Technology)
Requirement:
Should be able to learn fast and adapt quickly to a complex and changing environment.
Should demonstrate determination and resilience to beat the competition, be a good team player and be able to work with others to find a common ground.
Should demonstrate the aspiration, the drive and the motivation to develop and grow into positions of higher responsibility.
Should be able to work with computer systems (Microsoft Office suite).
Should not be older than 27 years as at January 1, 2013.
Should have evidence of participation in the National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) scheme or exemption
Education level Should have a Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of Second Class Honours Upper Division or Higher National Diploma (HND) with Distinction in any of the following areas: Applied, Natural, Social and Management Sciences; Engineering and related discipline.
A Master’s degree is an advantage.
Minimum experience Needed: 0
Maximum experience needed:
Should have a maximum of two (2) years consecutive post-graduate experience excluding NYSC

CB plc is a straight forward company with good management that believes in result and speed so I think the process will be a fast one if u ask me.

check ur mail box.if u apply and u wia told applied they must send a msg to ur mail box.Two msg will b sent to u.one for registration with their site and the other for the managemaent trainee application.and if u didn't get these msg,it shows dia is a mistakes somewia.

That's not true. You get two e-mails when you apply with a pc.

I did not see any mails but each time I logged in my status showed that I've applied. When I forgot my password, they sent it to me through my mail.
Please, those that got auto-reply mails, when did you apply? I'm surprised because if we had made mistakes their java error stuff would have detected it in the course of the application.
