Imagine the IMAX Theater in London in Festac Town. Tickets for the grand opening ceremony will not be enough. There will be parking space for over 500 cars and SUVs. We expect over 5, 000, 000 visitors every year, because it will also be a tourist attraction. And there will be a souvenir for every visitor.
