Hello food lovers, On our menu today is "Thai Noodles serve with chicken and Broccoli. If you are looking for a healthy Thai meal then l recommend this to you.
I hope you love it as much as I did.

S/o to my friend Adeola, this was the recipe you tried the last time. Hope you get it this time..lol


Ingredients

1/2 pack rice noodles
3/4 cup of water
1 clove minced garlic
1 tablespoon oil
boneless skinless chicken breasts (thinly slice)
1 1/2 tablespoons soy sauce
1 tablespoon fish sauce
2 tablespoons rice vinegar
1 tablespoon of cornstarch dissolved in 3 tablespoons of water
salt, pepper, or chili flakes to taste
1/2 cup broccoli floret (chopped small)
fresh lime
1/2 tsp sesame oil



Preparation

(1.) Bring a pot of water to boil, remove from fire, and dump in the rice noodles.


(2.) Boil your boneless skinless chicken breast with little seasoning to taste
Thinly slice/shredded the chicken and set aside


(3.) Heat the oil in a wok or large saute pan.

Add your garlic and stir

Then your boneless skinless chicken breasts

Season with salt and pepper,little chilli flakes (to make it a little spicy)

Then add in the broccoli, rice vinegar, soy sauce, sesame oil, fish seasoning and stir

Add in the water and cornstarch mixture.

Continue stirring, coating everything well.

(4.) Drain the noodles that you dump in the boiling water and set aside.

(5.) After 2-3 minutes, add the noodles to the stir fry.

Stir well, and let the noodles soak up the juicy flavor......lol
