I have been doing it since 2003, and i dont have any reason to regret at all. It even helped me to keep fit.


It is called "water therapy" and it is a very good thing to adopt. For those who have not tried it before, i will advise you give it a trial and you shall not regret.

2ndChance: Naturally, I find myself drinking water daily before leaving the house over the years. If I don't, I will be very thirsty before 8am. I have always wondered if this was some sort of disorder but glad to know there are inherent health benefits attached.

The one I've noticed is the glow of the skin.....for me, drinking 2 liters a day does the trick....

Ever since i started drinking of water in the morning av witness a drammatical change in my state of health

I mix it with alomo...does it affect anything
