PREREQUISITE OPERATION
1. Buyer sends Letter of Acceptance to the Seller or their Sales Consultant
expressing their willingness to buy the product based on the specified
purchase terms.
2. Buyer counter-signs and returns Seller’s SPA with the essential submittals.

PURCHASE PROCEDURE (Not negotiable)
1. Buyer and Seller sign seal contract exchanging it via electronic mail.
Electronic signed copy is considered original, legally binding and enforceable.
2. Buyer returns the signed copy with (i) ATB format (ii) Letter of Appointment to
his Inspector & Supercargo (iii) Letter of Payment Undertaken.
3. Buyer SWIFT MT799 Block funds verbiage of $1,000,000 covering total
logistics, security & clearance fees in favour Seller’s nominated LOGISTICS
AGENT.

4. Within 96 hours, Seller moves loaded vessel to Ghana, Togo or Cotonou (the
agreed location for Q & Q Inspection) waters for Q&Q inspection OR leaves
vessel in Nigerian Waters and issues marine ATB to Buyer’s Supercargo &
Inspector to come onboard.
5. Buyer’s Supercargo confirms product remain onboard throughout the
transaction. Immediately after confirmation of product, Buyer unblocks the
$1,000,000 funds in Seller’s Logistics Agent Account.
6. Buyer places full instrument via SWIFT MT760 for the entire cargo and the recharters
the vessel with the assistance of Seller while Buyer Q&Q conducts
Q&Q inspection.
7. Upon successful completion of re-chartering process, Buyer releases Q&Q
report, Seller respond with Commercial Invoice and Buyer makes full payment
of entire cargo via MT103 or SWIFT.
8. Vessel is allowed to sail to Buyer’s destination.
