The movie is the weaving together the lives of four people swept up in the troubles of war. Olanna (Newton) Kainene (Rose) are fascinating twins from a wealthy Nigeria family. Returning to a privileged city life in a newly independent Nigeria in the year 1960 after going to English expensive education. Olanna took her family by surprise by going to live with her lover, Odenigbo (Ejiofor),"the revolutionary professor" an his loyal houseboy Ugwu (Boyega), in the dusty university town of Nsukka. Kainene,on the other hand, became a very successful businesswoman when she takes over the family interests, she could not believe herself that she could fall in love with Richard (Mawle) an English writer. www.naijalatestmovies..com
