A male friend of mine came to me for help but am just a medical student I don't know anything yet so I'm asking for help from higher minds


He said he first noticed pimple like growths around his thighs, his buttocks, and at his back right below his back, after some anti biotics, they stopped but reappered, now its spread down to his hand, fingers and even toes.......

Again he said now there is this fluid discharge from his anus, and small external growths anus n inside his anus, that inches him a lot n discharge blood when scratched....

For me am guessing its anal wart, but am not sure, if am correct what drugs can a nigerian pharmancy sell that can treat him

But if am wrong, what could be tha cause of thia...

Though he went for test and they said its micro fillaria worm, after some drugs its back again...
