Ex Nigerian Footballer, Idah Peterside Acquires TV Station In South Africa. by AbuMikey(m): 11:39pm On Sep 03, 2013 |
Idah Peterside, the Nigerian ex international who is a soccer analyst on DSTV has added another feather to his cap. The former Eagles goal keeper retired in South Africa and started a church there while also working for Multichoice, the owners of DSTV as a commentator on Supersport. After the 2010 World Cup, he relinquished the job of a spokesman of the Super Eagles, saying that he needed time to concentrate more on his church. The Christ Ambassador Church in Johannesburg which he said was “touching many lives.” Peterside informed yesterday that Christ Ambassador Church has established a cable television station named ATV. Said he: “It is a Christian Television and it is on DSTV in South Africa. It is received in Australia, UK, parts of Europe like Spain and some Sub Sahara Africa. We do programmes on Gospel, lifestyle, Comedy and a few other things. We may add sports to it in a way soon. Christ Ambassador Church is gowing and one of the biggest in South Africa. God has been faithful to us. When I look back to my humble background I can’t believe what is happening. God is awesome.” SOURCE 7 Likes |

I think he need followers, because when you look at his facebook profil from the church and his website the church could not be so big, because also on the website you finde a photo from the church which is computer made. what i see could not be the biggest church in south africa sorry but i feel there is a person who want to help him that everybody know that he has a church. Why all this churches want that there followers fly to israel when Isreal is one country where blacks have no rights. |

Why are Nigerians obsessed with church opening, once a politician, entertainer or footballer retires he automatically turns into an evangelist. Does it mean that the many churches we have is not enough or that God needs more branches for effective salvation of the soul. Church opening is now a business where unsuspecting people are milked dry. Its high time we start quoting churches in the stock exchange surely they will add substance to our stock exchange market since they make more profits than our oil companies. What pains me the most is that lands that are supposed to be used to build life changing infracstructures is used in building church empires. Christ will definitely reject many churches when he comes the second time. 5 Likes |

You can get the channel (Ambassador TV) on free-to-air like other christian channels (Emmanuel TV, Dove TV, Loveworldsat, MFM, ABN, EvangelTV etc). Just do a blind search on your decoder. |
