Hello guys, I need help. My blackberry bold for is Tmobile branded although its unlocked now. I used to see a particulat email , a foreign one at that pop up once in a while with narratives bordering on the fact that my device is registerd with that email bla bla bla.
Long story short, I needed to download an appp from app world today after I did an os upgrade a couple of days ago and It took me through a tortuous journey of email registration and stuffs which I did but after successfully registering my mail to appworld I was no longer able to connect to blackberry service.
I had the blackberry sign with 3g but it refused to connect to blackberry internet service but I noticed that it was browsing with the money on my phone and immediately I exhausted the credit on my phone it stopped browsing.
I had to restore my backup before I was able to connect.



My questions now are , did the email change disconnect me from the blackberry server ?

If not what did ?

Now what can I do to overcome this challenge as I cannot download from appstore.


Please take your time to respond cos I am new to blackberry and I am almost frustrated.
