Pls help me, my laptop's usb ports just stopped working. I have tried and tried do no change. I need help on how to make it work thanks

They must have been disabled via the BIOS settings, get a technician to help you put them back on Enabled

My pc says usb is enabled, both from (dos) n device manager.

What I suspect is d full system scam I did before d problem came up.

Pls any suggestion? Thanks

Try to check if the USB is Disabled via device manager, or possibly if the drivers were over written after the Scan, so just check via Device Manager to know if the drivers are updated.

Thanks people.after 1 week of doing all I know n read online to make my usb ports work, I got tried and abandoned d pc, wen I picked it up I discovered dey av started working.

My suggestion. I put d pc on hibernation a lot and I leave stuffs plugged into d ports for a long time. I believe those are responsible for what happened.
