For all those who faithfully apply for the American Diversity Immigrant Visa Program yearly, without success- the United States Department of States is relieving you of your pain from this year.

Natives of Nigeria are not eligible to apply for DV-2015, because more than 50,000 Nigerians immigrated to the United States in the previous 5 years.

*Changes in eligibility this year: For DV-2015, natives of Nigeria are no longer eligible.

Hmmmmh....US is just reminding nigerians that the country would seize to exist by that year !!!
So i guess they are just trying to pass a message.
By 2015., we would be applying as Arewans., Biafrans or Oduduwas ..
