Ok so i heard the reason for the portal being down is cos the subscription to the host expired and noun has no money to renew cos the fg won't give them money from the TSA. Dats really crazy

You can only drop those courses you have not yet sit for its exam. you can do that once the portal comes up, Walk straight to your Study center ICT department with your print out and tell them ure unable to sit for the exams due to bla bla bla.
