1.2ghz (or upwards) Quad-core or octa-core processor.
2GB ram (this p5 don teach me lesson)

But the particular phone i have in mind is jiayu g4s. You can google it for specs, and its supports ota upgrade from jelly bean to kitkat. its also pre-rooted.

Price is 34k.
