... I beg... has anyone used this phone in Canada with a Canadian SIM ? My uncle came for a visit, brought his Tecno.... I tried using my SIM but it couldnt read it...but he claimed the phone is unlocked...so... need to know if there is anything I need to do cos, I gbadun the phone gan ni ooo...tx

To be honest I dont care about brand name. I just care about quality.
I remember my brother's Tecno D3, That phone took years to get charged up to 100%. I was absolutely terrified of Tecno phones. How in the world can a battery take insanely long to charge up?
And coupled with the fact it doesnt charge when you are using it at the same time!
But If I'm convinced there's no such thing as long charging time and the specs is satisfactory, I buy not giving a hoot about brand name!
lol i dnt own a tecno device so i dnt really knw hw long the chrging ish last,bt have used quite a few of em.(f7,n7,d3 and p2).and i gotta say,deyve been good..atleast moderately and money wise they are quite cheaper(since we are nt in asia),bt one thing i really dnt like is ppl criticizing a device dey havnt seen yet,jst mere features,tecno is really tying for africans alot. Without dem many ppl will still be stock to some over priced device(dnt wonna mention names).**winks

I only stated the obvious trying 2 create an awareness that most bat3 backup dnt rilly depend on the paper spec.

all tecno phones support only dual band and hence will not work in a country where the network band is different from naija. Same goes for P5.

I saw the specs week ago, Is good but can't use it. Have told myself am not using any android less than 1gig Ram. Waiting patiently for M5 which has 1gig Ram also with 4gig 1Rom and 8.0mp camera. I love tecno so much for makin these android affordable by the average nigerians.

♪Oh and by the way, a complete charge with phcn normally takes about 1h 30mins to 2 hours ... no big deal. It only takes longer when you're using generator.. and it's true, your phone won't charge when you're using it at the same time. Lol. Tried it many times.. ♪♪♪
