I first drove at 13 too. And surprisingly, no body taught me. I just watched my mom drive all the time then..

Started active driving at 20... But I have been experimenting since I was 15.. Suffice †̥σ say I havnt hit anything yet .. Car, human being , even an animal . Considering I'm living in Nigeria . Lol!
