I have a fvcked up appetite. Sometimes once , other times twice and when mumsi starts getting worried. I'm that kinda dude that doesn't eat if it's not mumsi's food or up to her standard. |

hmmmmm,not used to taking breakfast.....so i do twice a day,except days i skip or miss dinner,i eat as early as 9am. Not bad,yeah? |

I eat breakfast by 6:30am-7:00am, lunch by 1:00pm-3:00pm and dinner by 7:00am-9:00am. I take fruits most evenings, chocolates and biscuits once in a while. |

I'm an athlete; bodybuilding & kickboxing. So I eat 5-6 chunks of meals throughout the day. Of course this is not always feasible as I have a regular day job in IT with back to back meetings throughout the day, but I always find ways of getting all my calories. |
