In all honesty all Man U problems are down to the coach, and im sorry to say this but SAF made an error in judgement by choosing Moyes.
I wonder if our opinions matter as fans. The guy took over a team that had won the league, narrowly missed out on UEFA quarter finals because of a bad ref decision against Real Madrid, and Ferguson in 1986 took over a team that hadn't won in years so ppl must just stop with comparisons and asking Mr Moyes to be given time.
Barca has a new coach and hasn't lost a game (7wins in 7), a coach that came from a different province altogether. Moyes has been in the premier league for more than 10yrs and so ppl must stop making excuses for him, he was blaming the fixture list and now he loses at home to WBA?
Bayern has a new coach too and are not doing too badly, these teams (Bayern, Barca etc) will only get better obviously as the coach and players develop their understanding. To put into contest how not good a coach for a team like United David is, look at perhaps so called lesser teams like Wigan and Pothsmouth, they won something and Mr Moyes' Everton nothing at all in a decade.
Dear Fans don't expect a miracle until the coach is changed, we don't want only longevity but we want a winner, a champion. We are United and the biggest soccer team in the world. I propose for Jurgen Klopp dear United board and fans alike. Roberto di Matteo? We could take a gamble. GGMU!
