According to new research updates, eating peanut butter can be highly beneficial to the future of your breasts. Researchers from Washington University School of Medicine in St. Louis, Dana-Farber Cancer Institute and Harvard Medical School found a link between regularly eating peanut butter and having a lower risk of developing benign breast disease in early adulthood.

Peanut butter is a kind of food paste made from dry ground peanuts and can be used as a sandwich paste or in combination with other pastes such as jam, chocolate, cheese etc

Benign breast disease is non-cancerous and only occurs when there are changes to the breast or infections leading to breast lumps. Peanut butters however are not the only ones with such budding health benefit, other sources of vegetable fat such as soy beans, beans and lentils do just as much but do not compare to peanut butter in itself. Peanut butter is not a cure to breast disease, it is merely a precaution.

The research concludes that eating peanut butter at least twice a week during childhood and adolescence could help reduce the risk of breast disease by 39%.
