Dear All, 5,000MT of LPFO (Black Oil) is needed in calabar on a monthly basis. Transaction shall strictly be on the following procedure: 1. Buyer and seller signs SPA 2. Seller's bank issues 2%PB or Pre-advice PB to buyer's bank 3. Buyer's Bank issues BG for the entire cargo to seller's Bank. 4. Seller within 5 banking days completes loading and issues NOR/ETA to buyer's Tank. 5. Vessel longsides for Q&Q analysis 6. Upon successful Q&Q analysis and release of positive report, vessel is authorised to discharge 7. Payment is made against all valid documents sumbitted to buyer's bank.
