She welcomed her twins via a gestational surrogate in the United States of America. What that means in simple English is that, the eggs were Nike Oshinowo's, but another woman helped her carry the fertilized eggs, till she gave birth to the kids for her. For now, the identity of the father is unknown, since she allegedly left her husband recently. Congrats to the her.

She had mentioned in an earlier interview that she's not sure if she wants to have kids, then she said she might consider adoption. I won't be surprised if she used a surrogate to maintain her figure. She is afterall one of the vainest women on the planet. |

She has endometriosis(inflammation of the endometrial tissue/linning) and infertility issues as well. Women with endometriosis can cant carry a baby to full term but their eggs are still viable. |
