I need some heads up on the fixed charge by NERC/Discos coys. I want to load some units on my card now but will I be charged the fixed charge for previous months? I started with 100 units and I am always away hence the units last long. I got the meter in February so will I be charged the fixed month for the period February 2013 - October 2013? I fall under the category R2 Thanks |
