Please I want to start up a web hosting and reseller platform and am having problems on how to set up my website. Somebody recommend WHMCS but I don't have the money to pay for it becus it is costly. Please I need your opinion.

There're some firms that give an already made website if you buy a reseller from them. Such website needs a few clicks to customize and off you go. if you get a reseller plan from Godaddy, they will give you a site,manage it and even manage your finances
