actually poisons don't have expiring date,if you don't believe me...drink it!!!

But here,expired food can kill if eaten..
Expired drugs can kill if taken..
So I think expired poison will kill tho with little potential than original.

Actually poisons expire! they are chemicals brewed(prepared) with certain potency. When they exceed their useful life, they tend to loose such potency. Just Note that everything made of chemicals expires.
