Men Intimidating Women In Public Transport by nwaimoroseyaho: 7:10pm On Oct 13, 2013 |
Helo friends, i stay in Aba in God's own state. Each time i board a public bus, keke napep or taxi, there is always a fight between men and women, the bone of contention being who seats where. I noticed that anytime men are already seated in buses or keke napep, occupying the inner seats immediately they sight women wanting to enter, they quickly come down and ask the women to enter the innermost seats while they occupy the outer seats. But such is not done when they see their felow men, they simply stay put. My question is this; why do they always intimidate women as if it their private cars where nobody has a choice? Does it happen other places too? |
