Hello nairalanders!this evening i was to my greatest amazement how my system crash,please help! I installed avast antivirus&after the installation my system reboot&i started seeing this "LOGON PROCESS INITIALIZATION FAILURE" and under it another statement 'interactive logon process initialization has failed.please consult the event log for more details.' please help me with any useful information because i don't want to format my system!regards. |

Restart your computer and press the button on startup that will direct you to boot into safe-mode, Uninstall the Anti-Virus, if the situation continues, re-initiate the restart process but this time do a system/startup repair 1 Like |
