I've travelled quite a bit around Nigeria and some of my favourite snacks from different states/ regions include
Dodo Ikire => Osun State
Fura de Nunu = > Norhtern States
Okpa = > Benue/Anambra States
Ukwa and Palm kernel => Imo State
Suya and Masa => Northern states
Roasted yams and Fish => Rivers State

please list yours.

I like mosa, suya, boli ( roasted plantain) , puff puff, buns and Kanjika - coconut pudding my grandma used to make. i think it common with lagosians.

wow! no one has anything to add bout nigerian snacks? I'm desperately looking for authentic nigerian snacks i can try out. . . searched it out on nairaland and this is all i could find?
