When you’ve decided to proceed with the product creation process, you should look at other existing products in that niche that are successful or you can simply study the best product in that niche. When you want to start producing product based on a niche, don’t just make assumptions and create a product that you think is good instead of you studying the successful existing products in that niche.

Develop your product based on existing product
This next process might be something you believe isn’t right but it actually is. What you do at this stage is to model your product after the existing product in that niche and add extra features to it, that’s the best and the fastest way to create a product. By so doing you are creating a product that is unique. There’s difference between copying other products and creating a unique product, copying a product means you are creating a product that has been created before with same features or less features than the former that has been created, while creating a unique product is you creating a product with additional features compared to existing products in that niche. That’s what you should do, add extra features to what has already been and you’ll have advantage over your competitors in that niche.

Develop the product
When creating a product you should consider a niche that you can meet the unfulfilled needs of people. If you choose a niche whereby you lack the skill to meet the needs, you might find it hard creating a product but if the niche you’ve chosen is base on skills you have then creating a product will be easy for you. Another option you might want to consider is hiring skilled people to help you with creating the product, but that might be more expensive, when it come product creation, hiring skilled people is more expensive most times except in some few cases.
