I have an hp laptop running win 8. I ll like to install vmware esxi on it. I burnt d image on cd but I couldn't boot from it despite setting d bios to do so. What should i do? |

@op, what do u use to burn the image file to d disc? Not all burner wil make cd bootable! Try iso burner downloadable thru www.google.com |

no wonda...dat may nt make it bootable. Get the iso burner |

You need to check the hardware specification of your Laptop if its supported by Vmware esxi before installing. I would recommend installing vmware workstation and them esxi on vmware workstation . it gives you more capability to test all esxi features like HA,DRS,VMotion and the rest.
