A leading asset management firm that provide a diverse range of asset management services to a substantial and diversified client base that includes corporations, foundations and charities, high net-worth individuals and small savers.

As a major part of our expansion initiatives, we are looking for highly motivated, focused and success driven individuals to be part of our team. Vacancies exist in the following roles within the Group:

Front Desk Officers – The ideal candidate (preferably a female) will provide quality, efficient and courteous customer service to both staff and clients. To serve as a link between clients and the organization. Ensuring that the front desk, reception and meeting room area are clean and tidy at all times. Administration of incoming and outgoing mails from and to the various branches. Administration of mails, journals and dailies

Key Requirements = HND in any Social Science course. = Minimum two (2) years post qualification experience. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Good telephone manners. Multitasking capabilities. Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel and other spreadsheet applications.

Administrative Officers – The ideal candidate will ensure the provision and delivery of prompt, efficient and cost effective admin services to the firm to enable it meet its business objectives

Key Requirements – An OND/HND in Social Science courses - Minimum of two (2) years post qualification experience in Administrative functions.

Account Assistant – The ideal candidate will be responsible for the preparation and presentation of monthly financial statements (Journal entries, management accounts, profit and loss statements, etc) for internal and external stakeholders.
Key Requirements -= OND in Accountancy or in finance related course. =Between 3-5yrs related experience.
