1. 2 Million BBLs, CIF to Rotterdam
2. Monthly contract
3. Full POP Upfront (Before Buyer's Bank Will Issue Banking Instrument For POF)
4. 2% Performance Bond in favour of buyer
4. Discount $10/BBL gross, $7/BBL net (commission for brokers would be $1.5/BBL seller's side and $1.5/BBL buyer's side)
