Pls seun,when are we going to start sending messages to our fellow nairalanders through our inbox,because for the past 3 or 4 months if am not mistaken we've not been able to send private messages through our inbox,pls seun help out.

i have to say dat dat idea isn't really the greatest SEUN: many ppl hide their email addresses. and cos no one can pm they start havin OFF TOPIC conversations in d middle of a forum. it can really be annoying

When people hide their email addresses, it is because they do not want to be contacted!

That's true that people who hide their emails, like myself, do not want t be contacted via that email.

But that doesn't mean I wouldn't like a one to one chat with nairaland members. I can understand though why you'd want to remove the personal message option. As this site could become some sort of pick-up joint for people who are looking for partners and dating, when there's a forum for that already.
