Jorden is a fair share 4 our home base player, NFF is nt daft and senseless, dey cant play a friendly wit a weak team,Dats Y our senior team is playing a 3 times world cup winner(italy).

I wil just assume dey may lose in order nt 2 b disappointed because I dont av a trust in dis home base player right from d time dat so called mohammed Gambo lose a very neat and beutiful chase against spain in confredations cup dis year.

Sunday Mba will play well only if he is in form, but if nt, am sure eagle fanz will rain curse on him because he usually go ON and OFF(keshi confirmed dis)

And why didn't Nigeria play play-off with either Spain, Sweden, Denmark etc. Why should Nigeria and other african teams play play-off with only Africans teams Only. I hope you captcha me. Thanks.

no, they're not. They're doing play-offs cos they didn't have a good enough finish in their groups. They're under Asia(I think). Any team under Asia and South America that doesn't top their group or come 2nd but still finish with good points will do play-offs cos their World Cup spots are 3.5 (Asia) and 5.5(South America) so certain teams will have to do play-offs with teams from other continents. CAF and UEFA already have clear 5 and 13 slots so we don't have to do play-offs with other continents. Hope I didn't confuse you.

Jordan is in asia confederation, south america and asia play play offs for 1 slot I.e 6th placed team in s/america and 5th placed team in asia. There are different types of play offs: intra continental and inter continental, inter continental in d case of jordan/uruguay to determine wish association wins the 1 free slot

It's 5th placed team from CONMEBOL versus the winner of the mini playoff between the 3rd placed teams in the 2 groups of the 4th round of Asian qualifying.

Re: Jordan Vs Nigeria - (1 - 0) International Friendly On 28th October 2013 by Emmysteve(m): 2:50am On Oct 28, 2013
Nigeria coach Stephen Keshi has said he
expects Jordan to give his team of local league
players a tough match today.
Jordan will use today’s friendly to prepare for
a 2014 World Cup final playoff against
Uruguay.
“Jordan has been together for a while and they
play Uruguay in the World Cup playoff, so we
are playing a very strong team and it would be
a difficult game,” Keshi warned ahead of the
first-ever clash between the two countries at
this level.
Nigeria will use this match to begin
preparations for next year’s CHAN in South
Africa.
Keshi has handed a chance for several new
comers like central midfielder Olayinka
Oyeleke of promoted Crown FC to stake a
claim for places in his CHAN squad.
He said he has been satisfied with the fitness
level of the players.
“The performance is okay. They are really
pushing hard to be there. It’s not easy, some
of them are new and it’s their first time, so I
expect the early panic I have seen from them,”
he said.
“But in all, I am impressed at their fitness
level. We will continue to do our best but it’s
just that the time is too short for us to do
anything before the Jordan game.”
Nigeria are expected to open training camp for
CHAN in December.
They are drawn against hosts South Africa, Mali
and Mozambique in the first round of the
tournament strictly for players featuring in
their various local leagues in Africa.
